  • CCO and Purchasing

    Joel is an Emmy-nominated editor, cinematographer and producer. He’s worked on everything from national television shows, music videos, and commercial spots to viral internet videos, branded content and digital ad campaigns. Joel has a wide variety of experience producing and directing crews to create an exceptional end product. Whether you need an internet ad or a whole production staff to kick start your new campaign, Joel and the 4D team will deliver creative, cutting-edge results that will engage and grow your audience while staying true to your brand identity. Joel is based in Nashville, TN, but has traveled around the globe helping clients make their dreams come true!

  • Chief Executive Officer

    Watson is a 40+ year veteran in the audio/visual industry. From professional stadiums/arenas and large houses of worship to one-room educational venues and small churches, he has worked and consulted in many different projects over the last four decades. His experience ranges from dealing with acoustics, audio, video, lighting, live streaming, live productions, projection, video walls, and networking. Based out of Nashville, TN he has traveled all over the globe to help clients resolve issues and move forward in their vision and purpose. Watson is married to his lovely wife Anna, and they are blessed to have a wonderful son, daughter, son-in-law and four beautiful grandchildren.

  • Chief Operating Officer

    With over 25 years of operations management in the legal, medical, church, and marketing fields, Randy brings a wealth of expertise to the 4D team. From running a privately held diagnostic center supporting 557 physicians to managing John Deere accounts, his diverse experience ideally positions him to successfully serve clients on any size project. He is married to Lisa, and lives in the Nashville, Tennessee area.

  • Project Manager

    Seth Fickett is a skilled producer and engineer with an extensive music and live performance background. He spent many years touring and performing on both sides of the microphone and camera. He has also served in several small and medium sized local churches and understands the needs of the local church. Seth has been installing and integrating AV Technology for over a decade. He is married to Lorraine with three children and lives in the Nashville, TN area.

  • Team Lead

    Brett Hestla is a devoted follower of Christ, Husband and father of two children, Jaden and Scarlett. Brett is a man of many passions. With a talent for music and a creative spirit he has forged many adventures in the music world, including two major label recording deals with Atlantic records and Warner Bro’s records and touring the world. 

    Through that journey, installing A/V equipment was something that came with the territory. Now Brett has transitioned away from touring with music to full time installation. The same care and tenacity that helped Brett achieve in music is in full display with his installation work. Having an answer to a difficult install or a creative way to achieve the improbable is what drives life forward. 

  • Team Lead

    Jake Myers is a former touring musician with an extensive construction background. He is a former worship leader of 15 years for multiple churches in Texas. Jake has been installing AV for nearly a decade with a focus on Rigging. As an AVL Rigger, Jake ensures the safe and precise installation of audio, video, and lighting equipment. He handles rigging, assesses load capacities, and adheres to the latest safety protocols to guarantee secure and efficient equipment setup. He currently resides in Nashville, TN with his wonderful wife, Katie.

  • Systems Engineer, CTS

    Chad Silvey is the founder and owner of Circle Audio Visual Solutions near St. Louis, Missouri. He has worked with many companies and projects across the US, and specializes in audio visual systems design and drafting, project management, installation, and rigging. Before starting his Audio-Visual Integration career, Chad worked in Tech Ministry for churches small to large as an Audio Engineer, Audio Director, and Production Manager. He earned his Bachelor of Music with an emphasis in Music Technology from the University of Central Missouri. This degree and church experience has helped him bring a unique perspective to his work in the industry by blending the creative and technical elements together to create tangible, but unique solutions crafted to the client’s needs. Chad is married to his BEAUTIFUL wife Amber and has two wonderful daughters.
